About the Park

The Park was established in 2021 in Kalush town of the Ivano-Frankivsk region as a brownfield industrial park on the site of the former JSC “Karpatnaftomash” industrial area. It is registered and eligible for state support. Kalush city is located 25km from the regional administrative center, Ivano-Frankivsk city. Kalush spans an area of nearly 19 hectares and includes three administrative buildings with ready-to-use office spaces totaling 2,200 m². Presently, the park has four tenants specializing in trade, distribution of consumer goods, and construction works. During 2022 and 2023, the park management assisted some relocated production companies in retaining their operations in the town but not within the park itself. Utilizing the EIP Assessment Tool, the project facilitated the development of key managerial improvements, including an EIP compliance monitoring plan, a risk and climate risk management plan, and a water reuse plan.
