The management company adopted a strategy to attract small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), resulting in signed contracts for supply and cooperation with local businesses.
To improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs, two tenant companies consolidated their facilities into a single building and insulated its facades in 2023. This initiative also strengthened cooperation between the tenants, particularly in executing joint procurement contracts.
The park management adopted an Industrial Synergy (IS) monitoring plan, and several IS projects have been implemented by tenant companies within the park.
Park management implemented the outreach activity plan, which includes creating a website, participating in Ukraine’s “World Cleanup Day,” organizing volunteers to clean the nearby lake, and similar activities. Although there are limited resources to significantly enhance the park’s social infrastructure, some tenants have increased the social infrastructure for their staff by utilizing part of the production facilities.
The creation of the park management company in February 2024 marks a major milestone in park management services. This enables the park to take steps in transitioning into an EIP. Following its establishment, the park management adopted an EIP performance monitoring plan.
To comply with the EIP International Framework, the project assisted the park in adopting a monitoring system to track progress across various areas. The management company implemented an energy efficiency strategy, a heat recovery strategy, and a code of conduct based on circular economy principles, leading to an increase in the Overall EIP score from 16% to 52%.
